Hi. Is there someone who could help me learn Arabic by conversing? In that
way, learning will be easy. I can also converse in English but I am a
    Filipino.

You must have an Arabic-English English Arabic dictionary to figure out the
Arabic Word order. ( Fortunately I have ordered one and am waiting for it
to arrive) Otherwise it will be too difficult to memorize, unless you
listen to this You-Tube video thousands of times, ie: it gets more
difficult if you are over 60. Of all the languages I have studied with a
different script than Roman, ie: Russian/русский язык, Hindi/हिन्दी भाषा,

    Singhalese/සිංහල භාෂා, Kartuli ena/ ქართული ენა, Panjabi/ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ,
    and

Greek/ Κλασική Ελληνική Γλώσσα (classical), Hebrew ( עברית
שפה ) , Arabic/ (اللغة العربية ) has to be the
most challenging script to learn. One reason is because the vowels are
only written for beginners, but it is still difficult to read even with the
vowels, but much easier with the vowels. Also the Arabic script is very
unique and different from the other scripts and it is difficult for a
person used to read from left to right to reverse directions and read from
right to left. A word has to be well memorized in order to read the
Arabic script without the vowels. Hebrew is almost as difficult and
there is no spoken voice for the translation on the Translator. It is
assumed that you already know the pronunciation. Also it is not a good
idea to study so many languages, but it seems to be what I have to do.

لماذا تخلطون العربية الفصحى بالعامية الشامية ثم تعطونها للناس على أساس أنها
لغة رسمية (فصحى)، أليس هذا تدليسا، هل تعتقدون أنكم تخدمون لغة الضاد-حسبي
الله ونعم الوكيل ألبسوها حجابا كي يكون للمقطع مصداقية أكثر دون مجال للجدال.
